SUMMARY

The IT Project Server Administrator works within the Confidential IT PMO and will administer our Project Server Portfolio and Project Management tool.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day system administration of Project Server as well as configuring changes to the tool to support the IT Portfolio and Project Management processes.
The suitable candidate should have subject matter expertise Project Server with additional experience in the areas Project Management, Portfolio Management and Resource Management in particular.
This position will also participate in the planning, design and implementation of the approved program/project management process and tools.
All duties are conducted in support of and under the supervision of the Manager, Confidential IT PMO.

Must have at least 5+ years of configuration experience with Project Server.

Functional, technical, creation and maintenance of security groups, timesheet, time period, resource, project and financial management.
Manages incidents and requests for Project Server

Processes new user/terminate user requests and maintains user license compliance
Configures Project Server tool to support business processes
