Led the implementation of a large ECM system at a very large federal agency. This included a custom document ingestion interface which manages sensitive corporate documents. Technology was IBM FileNet and IBM Datacap.
Led a 2 year engagement for a major financial organization which included 5 subcontractors and brought in over 3 million in revenue. This was the implementation of a large ECM system including new hardware and software as well the migration of over 11 billion documents.
Led company as Director of Proposal Development for both federal and state agency RFP responses for over 6 years. Acted as key assessor of Alyx win probability and developed the pursuit strategy. Advised pursuit leaders on project planning, staffing, and technical approach to customer requirements.

Implemented the IBM Emptoris Contract management system for a large financial company. Work included installing and configuring the system to support a pilot group of users and to test migration viability.
Implemented a contract management system for a large hospital system. Work included interviewing 15 departments including central business functions as well as member hospitals. From these interviews, detailed workflows were created and subsequently implemented to control all healthcare system contracts enterprise wide. Technology utilized was IBM FileNet Case Manager.
Led the Alyx team supporting an Accounts Payable application. This is a custom .NET application utilizing the IBM FileNet P8 ECM platform and Kofax Capture to scan, route, and approve purchasing invoices and employee reimbursements.
Led implementation services for the IBM FileNet P8 ECM solution for a large retail purchasing application. This engagement included migration of over 24 million images using IBM Content Collector.
