5) Enterprise Contract Management System replacement: The objective of the project is to evaluate New Contract management system offered by external vendors and integrate with disparate data sources and internal systems to increase capability, enhance customer experience and reduce cost.
Project Role- Sr. BSA. My role on the project has been to perform the various analysis functions and assist the QA and Business UAT group with planning and execution of Test scripts in UAT phase.
6) IVS-CGI Bulk load: Integrated Voice Services (IVS) is a web-based system that enables the provisioning of TELUS voice services. The objective of the project was to develop a solution to increase the productivity by reducing the time to provision LD orders and improve customer experience on large customer wins. Project Role: Project Manager: responsible for overall project delivery.
7) Imagine TELUS service discount: This project is part of Imagine program. TSD is an internal application used by TELUS employees for service discounts. The project required implementing the changes to TSD application and integrating it with the infrastructure of Imagine suite of application. Project Role: Project Manager. My role on project has been to define project plan & manage the project.
8) TBS-SOX Remediation Bid to Bill: Sarbanes-Oxley Act legislation protect investors by improving financial reporting accuracy and Reliability of corporate disclosures. It requires all publicly traded companies to perform an annual assessment and certification by the CEO and CFO of the effectiveness of the design and operations of the company’s internal controls over the Financial Reporting Process. An audit of management’s assessment of Internal Controls by the External and opinion on the effectiveness of the internal control environment in the company. As a Data Analyst my role on the project was to perform analysis of existing PCS, Local and Long distance divisional finance customer and revenue data warehouse, application data and data marts to determine what legacy mart/warehouses/application can be turned down after the successful implementation of One-Sprint Data warehouse.   • Writing SQL statements to query the database usage.

OK. THA manages Federal and State funded programs to provide Housing and Development options to low income groups. The project PMBEI (Platform Migration and Business Process Enhancement Initiative) was an initiative to migrate THA’s existing software systems from FoxPro to Microsoft.net windows based platform. The entire project comprise of 29 Software applications in use for managing the Public Housing and Section 8 program, maintaining the Housing Properties and other business applications. PMBEI was a joint effort by THA’s MIS-team and Xyant Technologies. As a Business System Analyst I was responsible for the analysis of 12 software modules in relation to the overall PMBEI Project. My role in the project was to:

  • Understand the current business process, regulations and procedures.
  • Review existing software applications to understand the software work flows in relation to the business process.
  • Review FoxPro Code to identify the Application Dependencies and interfaces among various software applications.
