Confidential |Glocards Indonesia Sep’09–Sep’10
QA Analyst

The first implementation of the VisionPLUS platform, under the Glocards program, is the replacement of Card link for ANZ Panin in Indonesia.
ANZ currently has multiple cards platforms across Australia, NZ and Asia Pacific, operating at various levels of maturity. ANZ Consumer Finance Australia has investigated a project (‘One Cards Platform for ANZ’) to consolidate all cards platforms across the regions onto one platform, namely VisionPLUS. Consolidation to one cards platform will provide a truly regional capability that supports ANZ’s aspiration to become a super-regional bank. Alternatively, continuing with the current architecture of disparate cards platforms will leave ANZ with increasing total cost of ownership, technology complexities, low economies of scale and duplication of product development effort."ANZ bank is serving their Credit Card business in more than one country with different processing platform. To reduce the implementation cost of new enhancement & decrease the turnaround time ANZ is planning to bring all Country specific platforms to one platform i.e. Visionplus. As part of conversion ANZ has introduced much custom functionality to every subsystem. Execution phase has been completed successfully & phase 1 went live successfully."
