  • Performed full function testing of the Autocase Assignment application. Bills that had lost their CaseID in the system could be reassigned with this application. This saved many hours of manual searching for the CaseID by a staff worker. Tests had to exercise the many parameters it required to match a bill to a CaseID. This testing required grey box testing to test much of its functionality because it was necessary to have the knowledge of the internal data structures and algorithms for purposes of designing the test cases.
