Responsibilities:
- Project Lead working with Oracle on implementation of DTE Energy’s social sourcing and branding into the Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage Taleo recruitment and job tracking system to source, screen and disposition qualified internal and external candidates for represented and non-represented positions based upon job relevant criteria.
