I have a very unique background. I have spent the past 15 years in Recruiting, and the prior 12 years in IT (I was a former Big 4 IT Manager/ Technical Architect before switching over to Recruiting). I also thrive on building unique recruiting solutions!

Confidential,Over an 18-month period, I was consistently ranked their top Headhunter (out of over 100 other Staffing Vendors) for making the most number of placements for Software Development Engineers (SDEs). I interacted directly with Hiring Managers to determined their needs and successfully delivered. Started off as a Headhunter and after many successful placements, engaged on several pre-paid retained engagements where their Software Engineering Teams would fly to different US cities to interview qualified candidates that I had sourced, screened and scheduled during their two day visits.
Confidential, Over an 18-month period, functioned first as a Headhunter and made many placements, and then came on board as a Contract Recruiter. Interacted directly with Hiring Managers to determined their needs, sourced applicants, screened them, scheduled interviews and successfully delivered hires.
Confidential, Over a period of 5 months, sourced over 5,000 technical applicants and provided over 700 “qualified and motivated applicants”, from which over 200 of them were ranked good to excellent candidates by the VMware hiring managers. Also delivered a strong pipeline of qualified and motivated candidates for their recruiting needs in India. Functioned more in a sourcing capacity, versus end-to-end recruiting. Interacted directly with Hiring Managers to determine their needs, source and screen candidates, had the Hiring Managers rank the candidates, and then fed the Recruiters a strong pipeline of qualified and motivated candidates to schedule interviews and close.
