Time Clock badges were also produced using EZ Labor Manager. Responsible for ensuring temporary and permanent employees correctly signed and completed new hire paperwork. Additionally, responsible for ensuring employees provided the company with correct new hire forms such I-9 documentation
- Responsible for conducting background checks and additional screening to determine employee eligibility
- Responsible for generating and completing daily PBX reports. The reports measured the sale of pre-paid cards on a local, national and global level as well as call volume, dropped calls, length of calls. The PBX reports were generated on a daily basis and sent to all levels of management as a way tracking quality assurance and production levels
