Served as one of two Executive Assistants on an Agency classified contract supporting 200+ employees, and working with senior personnel across the Intelligence Community. This work involved arranging/attending meetings, recording meeting minutes in shorthand and transcribing them, keeping calendars up-to-date, arranging for conference rooms, catering, ordering supplies, travel reservations, and a myriad of other duties. Because the USG was cutting my slot on this contract, I made up a book of examples for the Division so they would know where and how to find and order everything they would need on a daily basis. This book included exclusive forms to the Agency, and examples of all kinds of memoranda going inside/outside the Agency.

Employed as the Resource Manager (recruiter) for the National Intelligence Operations Group of CSC. This work entailed my recruiting and hiring employees, both inside and outside the Corporation, for our classified U.S. Government contracts. The duties involved were searching databases, networking amongst U.S. Government agencies, finding potential employees with the current clearances needed for the particular contracts, interviewing prospective employees, making sure that the proper clearances of those hired were current and active clearances, and ensuring that the paper trail was correct (through to the acceptance of the offer letter) to finally getting the prospective employee on-board with the Corporation.
Promoted in August 2003 as the Resource Manager (recruiter) for the Intelligence & Law Enforcement Unit of the Enforcement, Security & Intelligence Division of CSC. My duties broadened to include attending job fairs in the Metro Area, and to resource for all the other groups within the Division to hire potential employees with current clearances for our classified contracts across-the-board.

All the years I was with SAIC as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, I used my TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph clearance as all of my assignments were in the classified arena. My assignments were assisting the Vice President/Director of Imaging and Remote Sensing Information Systems; the Technical Applications Group; Advanced Technology and Solutions Group; and, finally assigned to the Presidential Review Panel on Intelligence created by President Bush in National Security Presidential Directive-5 (NSPD-5). During this assignment, I performed many administrative duties to include making appointments, taking/transcribing shorthand, scheduling committee meetings, planning meetings/conferences, travel, catering, etc. This assignment came to closure a few months after the bombing of the Manhattan World Trade Center on 11 September 2001.
