- Used various search strings related to the job skills required in order to fetch quality resumes from the job portals like Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, Dice etc.
- In depth knowledge of BOOLEAN searches.
- Worked on positions like BDM, Engineering Project Manager, Solution Delivery Analyst, QA Tester (Mobile Automation) and Peoplesoft Payroll Business Analyst etc.
- Review resumes, identify potential candidates, schedule phone screens and interviews.
