  • Responsible to place own candidates as well as working on requirements and hire consultant from market.
  • Carry out all the full life cycle of recruitment.
  • Coordinating with the account managers in US for new requirements and responsible for the work allocation to the team members.
  • Doing all task of a senior recruiter, this involved in searching candidates in Job portals like Dice, Monster, Techfetch etc.
