  • Internet Based Recruiting using InTime( Confidential Database), Dice, Monster,.
  • Sourcing the requirements which match with the consultant’s skill sets.
  • Negotiating with the Vendor, regarding the bill rates hourly,on W2/1099/C2C .
  • Responsible for following and passing out Pre and Post interview feedback like time, date, contact person name, areas of improvement
  • If consultant selected date and place of reporting and joining from vendors or clients to consultants/employers.
