Associate Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Trained recruiting team members on the use of new web-based recruiting systems and the benefits of the technologies. Acted as a system administrator for the eRecruiter service purchased from Confidential.com.
- Created, maintained, and edited the job descriptions that were created within eRecruiter which allowed for the creation of a searchable database of passive and active job candidates.
- Sourced and screened candidates via the internet for senior recruiters incorporating a mix of Boolean searches in conjunction with networking sites.
- Generated offer letter packets to candidates while working at an HR service center created in 1997.
