  • As a consultant, Mr. Fischer was the primary contact for any SAS related questions (SAS Help Desk). He helped in the orderly transfer of programs and data when Aetna “sold off” MedCenters Health Plan, which was then merged with Group Health to become Health Partners.
  • Mr. Fischer assisted the department head of the University of Minnesota’s Graduate Program in Health Studies in doing a study for the Bush Foundation involving 27 various episodes of care over a two year study period.
