Georgia Standards Resource Workflow is a federal project in which any user from Georgia State requests for resource to publish on Georgia Standards Site. This project uses sequential workflow which is two level workflow. Teacher can upload one or more resources which should have “Project Name”, “Subject” and “Grade” with look and feel of custom form and submit to a Peer Reviewer (which is a group of people) and they review and make the comments on that and depends on approval it once again routes to the second level for the approval named as “Content Experts”, if they approve workflow ends with the screen where they want to upload their resource with the metadata.

Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE), has its own organization hierarchy and there are around 45 departments in that. To improve social networking of work, communicate between different departments like what are activities are going on in every department, news, announcements and shared documents are managed with this intranet sites. Main feature of this site is that when user logs in, it redirects that user to their department site. In Georgia Department of Education (GADOE), company has structure like Organization Chart. There are around 45 Units (Departments) in that. There are up to four levels. Now I made organization SharePoint portal which name as "Agency Intranet Site" From that Home page you can navigate to all departments in that GADOE and also we provide number of links for all other SharePoint portal. For all other SharePoint portals this portal is the base from here you can navigate through. Another feature of this SharePoint site is you can make people search which is refined by department and Job Title and you can go to their site and make them as colleague and also see other person\'s responsibilities and their contact info, snaps. You can also view Org hierarchy like Director->>Manager->>Person-->There are number of web parts and we did branding for the SharePoint site, and also we provide sites for knowledge share and project server.
