  • Managed a migration and conversion effort which resulted in migrating 1.5B of assets and 3M dollars worth of inventory from JDEdwards JDE to Oracle Financials, as well as moving 1500 employees from JDE Human Resources to Oracle Human Resources and onto to our back office systems without service interruption. This was completed in 6 weeks with a composite team consisting of vender employees, contract workers, and XO technical and functional employees. The project allowed the company to realize a cost savings of 200K/year by eliminating redundancy in the Finance and Human Resource business areas. Additionally, we saved IT resources, and by giving the company the ability to provide all Financial Reporting from one system, improved Financial and HR Reporting.
  • Managed an Oracle Financials and HR upgrade to 11.5.9 from 11.0.3. Modules upgrade were, GL, AP, PO, FA, Inv, PA and HR. This project provided increased functionality to our users and allowed the company to remain compliant with Oracle Corporation and continue receiving support and maintenance. In the process of the upgrade led the architecture design activities with technical team.
  • Managed Oracle Migration 11.0.3 from internally hosted HP platform to externally hosted Corio Inc. Sun platform Managed Oracle 11.0.3 migration, and upgrade to 11.5.9, from externally Corio hosted platform to externally Oracle hosted platform. At the same time we changed the architecture from Solaris on Sun boxes to Linux on Intel boxes.
  • Managed Oracle Applications migration from the external Oracle Hosted platform to an internal XO hosted platform. The move in-house save the company 600K/year and was completed on schedule 6 weeks and under budget, and resulted in our users receiving better support and greater performance from the Application
