• Technical: Responsibility for the selection, testing and implementation of the operating system, network operating system (NOS), database engine, standard office package, hardware platform and electronic communications methods along with all other peripheral hardware/software.
• Configured and installed nine pilot sites in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida.
• Designed and implemented a system consisting of one IBM/Intel based computer operating under Microsoft Windows NT Server 3.5.1, loaded and configured with Microsoft SQL Server 6.0 (including OSCAR application database) Microsoft Office and the OSCAR application (front end, Power Builder) and with the NT server doubling as a OSCAR billing workstation.
• Other modifications responsible for include the building and implementation of a re-engineered/customized electronic mail application.
