Responsibilities:

• As a contractor I helped to ensure a stable working environment for the Alfresco server that is being utilized by Confidential as the primary datastore and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system.
• Created a custom content model that will be rolled out to perform the function of reporting model for Confidential .

Responsibilities:

• As the Database Manager/Administrator for a large Confidential C4ISR contract I was responsible for the initial planning stages of this newly awarded contract, to include proposal writing technical support, and system design initial specification. This contract vehicle was for modernization of the Confidential ’s current C4ISR capabilities and all architectural platforms were being looked at as potential replacement systems (I. Confidential . Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• I have the responsibility for oversight and systems engineering direction for the future of the Confidential IRS program.
• The original Confidential environment, which I maintained for four years, consisted of a Coldfusion application running on a MS Windows Server 2003, hosted through MS IIS with a MS SQL Server 2005 database on the backend.
• The new Confidential architecture, that is being migrated to consists of a Tomcat application server and a Mongo DB/Postgres/MySQL Servers running in a Red Hat Linux Enterprise version 5 /VMware environment.
• This was a migration from our previous MS Windows and MS SQL architecture.
• This environment was integrated through a software integration strategy using Chef Server (cloud technology infrastructure).
• Developed a few Chef recipes to install monitoring software for performance evaluation of the enterprise system.
• Responsible for the technical strategy of future engineering efforts and database design implementations.
• Ensure that strategies are in alignment with overall guidance from the Chief Architect and Engineering Director;

• Assigned the duties of the Lead Software Integration and Test Engineer on a large Confidential C4I program
• Designed and implemented the integration and test programs for all levels of testing (Development, Performance, and Confidential & Confidential ) leading up to accreditation, also instrumental in designing the test lab on this program.
• Developed the software testing strategies for the entire development program based on the customer’s requirements.
