As an Advanced Business Analyst on the Account's Coordinated Interagency Partnership for Regulating International Students (CIPRIS) Task, authored an FRD and the accompanying RTM. Also defined requirements for the CIPRIS/CLAIMS interface and the associated production of a bar-coded Student ID Card. CIPRIS still exists today as one of ICE’s highest-profile systems under the changed name of SEVIS.

In Account's Test and Evaluation Department, managed development of system-level RTM for the CLAIMS mainframe system. Developed RTM format that became a benchmark for the program, and participated in hands-on test execution as well as managing four other testers.
