  • Completed 22 high-speed WAN projects that allowed small town hospitals to have most of the technical advantages of big-city hospitals. The overall scope of these projects finished 60 days early and under budget. The result of these projects allowed IHC to improve health care for people in rural areas, and therefore were extremely gratifying.
  • Implemented a PBX/radio application (Vocera) that allows any staff member to contact any other staff member in 11 seconds 98% of the time. This has lowered the response of a ‘heart attack crash cart’ from 4 minutes 21 seconds to 23 seconds. This is another case of rescuing a delayed project, which was ultimately delivered in on time within the budgeted cost.
  • Redesigned and implemented an Enterprise-wide Wan & LAN, microwave and corporate IP backbones for Sprint, tying them together as a failover for each. This ensured that a major hospital would have the bandwidth necessary to transmit new X-rays, MRI scans, etc.
