  • Developed and maintained the first complete library for the Shadow (Shadow is a middle-ware product used for the integration of mainframe information to the personal computer) suite of products, which included over 5000 pages of documentation. This documentation provided reference data for resolving issues as well as providing historical information for the ongoing development for the suite of products.
  • Researched, wrote, edited, proofread, and produced technical documentation for the installation, user guides, and various other guides for the Shadow Server component.
  • Developed documentation for other Shadow products including Shadow z/Events, Shadow z/Services, Shadow z/Services for Web Services Consumption, and Shadow z/Services for Confidential .
  • Wrote new Release Notes for every new version of the Shadow product line.
  • These notes included new features for all the products including upgrade considerations for all the new features, as well as documentation for all the bugs that were corrected for the release.
  • These Release Notes were critical to gain acceptance of the revised product by both new and ongoing customers.
  • Developed and wrote the initial installation and user guides for the DataDirect Shadow Drivers, which included ten books, thus providing immediate support and documentation for this new line of drivers.
