Organized, scheduled, moderated, and recorded weekly WebEx remote lecture series that I edited and produced to video for inclusion as content to the LMS.
Developed the online help for the company’s new SELECTServer licensing product. Product allows users to access licenses for over 100 products from either a Bentley hosted server or a deployed server from anywhere in the world. Critical help file was ready early in Beta development cycle because the product represented a significant change in the licensing methodology and was imperative that user base did not experience disruption in licensing.
Partnered with subject matter experts to write the high level conceptual materials for Dynamic Views for the latest release of MicroStation. Conceptual materials were the beginnings of a new Dynamic Views section of the online help. Early materials were critical because Dynamic Views marked a significant change in MicroStation workflows that needed to be clearly communicated to the user base.
Collaborated with ProjectWise StartPoint team to update the ProjectWise StartPoint online help. ProjectWise StartPoint is a server-based SharePoint application used as a central project document management system.
