• System Analysis and Design for Child Support Enforcement System CSES interpret business needs and translates them into application software requirements.
• Analyzed, designed and developed a distributed system that supports the collection and entry of child support payment information which is used at each regional office throughout the state of New Mexico. The data from the regional office is then passed through a supervisor application for review and approval based on the data entry performed by the clerks who collected payments earlier in the business day. Once the supervisor approves the payments they are then sent to SDU for additional review and approval before they are sent to the mainframe where the data is processed by an all fusion application for use in the CSES mainframe system. This process eliminated the need to add additional screens to mainframe system and allowed the users the ability to work independent of the current CSES mainframe system. The data flows from the regional offices to the state distribution unit then finally resides in DB2 tables on the IBM mainframe. This system was developed using VB for the local interfaces and All fusion gen for the development of the mainframe application. Users of the three interfaces were given multiple webinars sessions to ensure that the applications would incorporate the best solutions that would incorporate their current manual processes.
• Analyzed, designed and developed automated solutions to replace mainframe reports. These newly designed reports allowed the stakeholders the ability to create the reports which streamlined the report creation process and eliminated the dependency on the IT staff to create the reports.

I created and maintained tables of medical information used in the database build for example one table contained the cross reference of CPT4 codes to medical procedure proc codes.
