- As a Lead Person I worked the morning 12 hour shift and monitored floor production for the plant Packing Dept. of 105 115 employees at any time.
- As a Trainer I worked swing shift training and testing operators for floor production and the machinery. This was done for every department in the plant.
- As a writer I would research all pre-existing floor production machines as well as new machines. I would write a SOP and Power Point Presentation to train, use Excel for machine audits and use MS Word for assessment and assessment keys. - As a Plant Assistant IT. Working off the Windows XP Platform, my duties would consist of troubleshooting any and all Microsoft Windows problems. During the renovation phase when ConAgra was under construction, when the new machines were being placed, I worked hand and hand with the engineers to calibrate 80 of them to ensure correct timing. This was done off a Linux or Windows XP platform. Not only did we calibrate the machines we also had to send them back to an internal server that would monitor the information, from there place the information back into the Company internal network using Active Directory. Thus allowing for annual reports throughout the many plants ConAgra owns.
