  • Defines the technological strategy with the development team of each project: pipeline, tools, and key development procedures.
  • Assess business requirements and propose optimal technology solutions & Architecture
  • Assesses technical risk and mitigation plan. Helps to identify high risk areas
  • Participate in solution assessment and presentation
  • Provide technical advisory and guidance to various IAM project teams
  • Strong stakeholder co - ordination, communication
  • Establish methodology and frameworks for implementation & migration of IAM solutions
  • Provides input to the other disciplines on the practicality of initial design goals and impact to the overall project timeline.
  • Pre-production Oversees technical design documentation process for correctness and timeliness.
  • Evaluates software implementation on design and task thoroughness
  • Candidate should have 7-10 years of total experience in the IT Industry
  • Candidate must have IAM implementation experience using Aveksa
  • Candidate must have experience on full-fledged implementation including, requirement assessment & validation, solution design, solution integration and deployment.
  • Candidate should have good exposure on Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Sun Identity Manager (Sun IDM), OIA & have implementation experience and managed project using these products.
  • Understanding of core IAM and its related components (IAM landscape)
  • Candidate must have experience with Requirement Analysis and Designing solution.
  • Experience with Solution Architecture and Design.
  • Exposure and hands on Oracle, Sun Identity & Access Management suite
  • Managed projects having Oracle IDM implementation from start to finish involving all the facets of IDM development & deployment
