SUMMARY:
Customer is looking for 6 technical writers to work for 4 - 6 months full time in NYC. Their primary job will be to document CCAR models and their results. They will be working under the guidance of model developers and will need to understand CCAR and Basel Credit Risk Models. These individuals will need to have the ability to gather, analyze and document model parameters and assumptions and validate documentation against internal policies.

Responsibilities:
- Write technical documentation under guidance of Model Developers
- Develop and prepare high quality technical documents for CCAR Model and results
- Coordinate work with project team
- Balance working independently and collaborative problem - solving
- Facilitate review of model documentation with JPMC
- Perform critical analyses to support key model choices
- Gather, analyze and document model parameters and assumptions
- Validation of documentation against internal policies and industry standards
- Attend meetings with JPMC to gain insight/background information to be included in documentation
- As applicable, analyze existing documentation and content to ensure model documentation is accurate and complete
- Document policies, processes and procedures
- Edit documents for language, clarity, style, flow and structure
- Write easy-to understand under interface text, online help and user guides

- Required understanding of Wholesale Credit Capital domain space
- Specialized quantitative background with knowledge of Comprehensive Credit Analysis Review (CCAR) and Basel Credit Capital Risk Models relative to Wholesale Credit Capital
- Familiar with established/published Wholesale Credit Capital models to compare/contrast models
- Capable to discuss conceptual soundness of models (e.g., model parameters, mapping calculations, explanations of model outcomes, integration of data and scenario analysis output, etc.)
- Good understanding of inherent model limitation and potential remediation actions
- 5+ years relevant work experience in financial industry to document advanced risk capital, stress test and loss forecasting models and assumptions in areas such as wholesale credit capital or market risk

- Knowledge of industry best practice standards for credit risk measurement and economic capital
- Demonstrated excellent writing skills to deliver clear, well articulated technical documentation, via use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other documentation tools
