The solution enabled the MCO to manage financial, clinical, operational and administrative information, and consisted of an enterprise data dictionary, an enterprise data warehouse, optimized datamarts and canned/ad-hoc reports. The MCO was interested in becoming an Accountable Care Organization ACO , and this solution was a critical first step. I worked directly with the CIO and CTO.
Large Hospital Network
Analysis, design and delivery of an enterprise business intelligence blueprint for a large hospital network, located in Vermont. The hospital network faced many challenges including silos of data, duplicate data, inconsistent data and the lack of clear and consistent data definitions. The delivered solution addressed: data quality, data integration, master data management, and data warehousing. I worked directly with the CMO, CIO and CTO.

- Analysis, design, implementation and delivery of a business intelligence solution for a large IPA, located in Massachusetts. The solution enables the IPA to analyze various topics claims/encounters, claims/pharmacy, admissions, clinical activity, patient/member demographics and provider demographics in an integrated and consistent manner.
