• While participating in the successful response to Louisiana's Office of Motor Vehicle OMV RFP I developed the Titling and Registration preliminary Use Cases used to price the bid. After Unisys was awarded the project, I worked to collect business rules from the OMV's website, State of Louisiana's Legislation, JAD sessions I conducted with stakeholders. We then compiled these into Use Cases, and logical data models. In this role I also met with third party software providers.
