SAP Inbound and Outbound with BizTalk - Both the cases of sending and receiving an IDOC from SAP system are dealt in this Architecture. An interface processes the IDOC to and from GSAP system through BizTalk. When the new interfaces are added to BizTalk landscape there is cross reference table that maintains the list of interfaces, the stages that they need to pass through, the routing information and the batching information as well.
- Inbound and outbound can also be EDI messages that are sent and received through BizTalk. Inbound could be from SFTP location as EDI flat files or EDI on AS2, If EDI File is received over AS2, AS2Decoder verifies the signature, decrypts the message and then decompresses if it is compressed.
