The UVerse product for Confidential has been emerging in several states for the last decade. In use of technology other than cable, AT T began implementing a competing product to cable with high speed internet, television and home phone services with new integration possibilities. Support included assistance to installation and repair technicians as well as customers. The role of the Mesa center changed over time, becoming a higher level support, with a revised workforce.
