Technical Writer/Instructor
Conduct analysis and content management for technical manuals used in areas of engineering, automotive, and chemical detection, verifying maintenance procedures. Support Product Managers at several Engineering and Logistics facilities conducting the evaluation of the Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and their compatibility with the equipment. Tenaciously follow wiring schematics used in Technical Manuals to ensure that proper equipment components are included in troubleshooting procedures. Perform every procedure of the troubleshooting process to ensure every test leads to the correct solutions. Disassemble and reassemble every piece of equipment to ensure the removal and installation of every component is correct and utilized the proper tool. Identify the number of personnel and the level of maintenance they would have to be in order to perform Maintenance and Troubleshooting tasks. Ensure all caution and warning labels and statements were present and positioned in the appropriate location in which to enhance safety during Maintenance Procedures in the Technical Manual. Evaluate new equipment training packages, institutional training requirements, operator and maintainer task evaluation.
