As the technology lead / architect for a multi-million dollar contact center integration project I have the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the design matches the business requirements and on time project delivery
  • Working with the vendors (Avaya, Oracle, Emipirix) to ensure all system specification match and interfaces are designed according to spec.
  • Acting as the SME for Avaya contact center products ( PBX , Voice Portal and IC )
  • Acting as a single point of contact for all technical issue related to the projects
  • Working with vendors to drive team work and quick resolution to issues

In addition to the architect role I am also filling in the role of a Telecom BA for vmware. As a BA my responsibilities include

  • Working with the business to design voice portal call flow and VUI
  • Conducting Demonstrations to all the business stakeholders during various stages of the project.
