Responsibilities:
As Principal Technical Writer for all iSpheres documentation I was in fact Project Manager for documentation. I created the formats and templates for all documents, determined the audience and requirements, established and wrote document plans and schedules, and worked directly with engineers, developers, programmers, customer relations and marketing, testing and QA/QC to produce required documents, as follows:Programmer Guide, Developer Guide, API Guide, Installation Guide, XML Servlet Guide,Command Line Reference for the newly created Event Processing Language (EPM™), and Release Notes for every release. I worked directly with QA/QC and testing to document all bugs, caveats, and workarounds. I also created, updated and maintained the online context-sensitive Help for all releases as the product evolved and matured.
