Created the business logic for PayPal payment method which creates the billing agreement. The billing agreement can be used later for billing the customers who are not returned the book which bought as rental. The logic includes creating the SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) request and accepting the response from CyberSource. Six service calls have been implemented to accomplish this task.
Creating the automation scripts for frequently occurring issues to resolve and until the permanent fix is applied.
Created the business logic for automating the penalty order. Penalty orders are the orders created for the customers who are not returned the rental products ordered. The automation includes connecting to billing platform, getting the contracts who are due for charging the penalty, Calculates the penalty amount, forming the JSON request which need to be triggered for penalty.
Creating complex SQL (Structured Query Language) queries for generating reports. Reports can be number of monthly orders placed, penalty orders charged, dataload report to show what all data loaded, number of partnumbers loaded, daily missed orders that need to be processed manually, inventories reports for the partnumbers/products which need inventories to be loaded, promotions report to see how many promotions are active and inactive.
Created the business logic which avoids the hacking of application and application data from outside world. The logic is centralized filter where it scans every request coming to the application and checking each input parameter for vulnerable strings and removing them. After the scanning, the request is then sent to application for further processing the original request where user requested.
